And&And is a creative hub inside a repurposed historic Black church in East Austin. We run on an experimental, sustainable model: revenue from our short-term rental directly subsidizes affordable studio and event space for working artists.

Our mission is artist-first. Locally, we provide space for Austin creatives to work, collaborate, and host intimate art events. Internationally, we’re building a new media art residency that connects visiting artists with Austin’s media art scene and fosters global cultural exchange.
